After the Ministry Residency, will I have an opportunity to work full-time at Lincoln Berean Church?
The purpose of the Ministry Residency is to provide a focused ministry experience that equips and launches future Kingdom leaders. This 22-month program is designed to shape young leaders and equip them with the foundational skills needed to be effective, godly leaders and begin (launch) their leadership journey. Our goal is to prepare Ministry Residents to step into leadership roles in a variety of contexts including church and para-church ministry, missions, and even the marketplace. The goal is not to provide our Ministry Residents with a job at Lincoln Berean Church. With that being said, part of the focus of this program is to help Ministry Residents identify ministry leadership roles that align with their God-given strengths and calling. After graduating from the program, Ministry Residents are welcome to apply to any open roles at Lincoln Berean and will go through the application process like any other candidate.
