Position Title: Coordinator for Operations
Reports to: Managing Director of Operations
Status: Full-time, Support Staff (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

- General executive level administrative support
- Meeting coordination, preparation and follow-through
- Project management, planning and research
- Program coordination
- Relationship management
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
General executive level administrative support
- Manage, route, and respond to emails, phone calls and executive correspondence
- Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and presentations
- Proactive calendar management, travel logistics
- High level budget expertise including forecasting and report preparation
- Expense receipt processing and reconciliation (PO’s, reports, Comdata, check requests)
- Materials and supplies management
- Database expertise in Microsoft Suite and Teams
Meeting coordination, preparation and follow-through
- Provide complete support for the key meetings including scheduling meetings, event logistics, room reservations and set-up, catering, invites, agendas, meeting materials, note-taking and follow-up on issues
- Utilize LBC’s operating system program to document metrics, meeting issues and progress
- Proactively manage any follow-up tasks to ‘close the loop’
- Order and set up food for Business Team Meeting
Project Management, Planning and Research
- Research specific issues and prepare executive summaries
- Establish project milestones/timelines, maintain knowledge of current project status, allocate and manage resources, meet with users to discuss project status and details, and provide updates
- Research and compile data to assess the effectiveness of LBC
- Utilize reporting, dashboards, and metrics to measure effectiveness of the projects and strategies
- Provide coordination and support for key HR activities including One-on-One meetings, Quarterly and Annual Reviews
- Create financial forecasting for identified projects
Program Coordination and Management
- Assist with Seminary for Residents
- Coordination of Residency, including L10’s, solitude days, dashboard, and calendar
- Assist with coordination of Staff Development Modules
- Assist with recruiting for all open positions at LBC
Relationship Management
- Establish effective partnerships internally and externally
- Serve as a key conduit in identifying and creating internal communications
- Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed

- Computer/Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Suite (including Excel), Teams and Ministry Platform
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of three years of progressive administrative, planning, and/or coordinator function experience working with senior leaders
- Bachelors’ degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Proven experience in creating processes and systems to operate at high level
- Project management experience a plus
